2021 AGM
A lovely afternoon was had by all, after a tricky start after our venue had no power, a kind member managed to organise another meeting place just down the road.
It was time to say thank you and goodbye to our chairman, David Woodhouse, who is hanging up his trowel. We thank David for all his time and effort he has put into the society and wish him all the best.
Therefore we would like to introduce our newly elected chairperson, Tracey Parkinson. Thank you Tracey and look forward to your future.
Ian Sutherland gave us a brilliant presentation about the trials this season, with our own Ste Burns’ Skelmersdale Jayne being a big hit. Thank you Ian.
We had a great raffle, plenty of plants for sale and enjoyed some sandwiches over a good catch up with everyone.
Thank you to everyone for coming. See you again soon.
